How we keep our coffee affordable
- We roast it ourselves. Many coffee brands simply relabel drop-shipped coffee. We don't. Every bag is roasted by our family in Jacksonville.
- Low overhead. We are a micro-roastery which means our costs are lower than traditional roasteries...and that means we don't pass big rent costs on to you.
- Larger bag sizes. Several of our coffees come in bigger bags that bring down your cost per cup if you drink a lot of coffee at home or the office.

Affordable doesn't mean cheap coffee
We air roast our coffee on a fluid bed roaster, which circulates hot air around the beans instead of cooking them on a hot drum. The result is a clean, smooth cup without the burnt, bitter taste many people expect from budget coffee. We like to say: our coffee speaks for itself.
