Testament Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee roaster in Jacksonville, Florida. We started roasting at home with a popcorn popper, and today we air roast specialty coffee in our own garage roastery and ship it across the USA.
What makes our coffee different
- Air roasted. We roast on a fluid bed roaster, which uses hot air to roast the beans evenly. That brings out each coffee's natural sweetness and fruit without a scorched or bitter finish.
- Roasted by us in Jacksonville. We never drop-ship coffee. Every bag is roasted by our family.
- Single origins you can taste. We roast each origin to highlight what makes it unique, from chocolatey Brazil to fruity Mexico Chiapas.

From a popcorn popper to a Jacksonville roastery
