Which Coffee Is Right for Me?
We roast three single origin coffees, and each one has its own personality. Here's how to find the one you'll love.
Start with what you like
"I like it rich, chocolatey, and bold."
Try Brazil. Our medium/dark roast with chocolate and roasted nut notes. It's comfort in a cup, full-bodied without the burnt bitterness of most dark roasts.
"I want something smooth and sweet."
Try Colombia. A medium roast with caramel sweetness, a little fruit, and chocolate. It's our crowd-pleaser, and it's great black or with milk.
"I want to taste something different."
Try Mexico Chiapas. A medium roast that layers chocolate, fruit, nuts, and a little earthiness all in one cup. People often ask if it's a blend. It isn't!

How do you take your coffee?
- With milk or cream: Brazil holds up beautifully, and Colombia stays sweet.
- Black: any of the three, but Colombia and Mexico Chiapas show the most flavor.
- Over ice or as cold brew: Brazil gives you that chocolatey, smooth iced coffee.
How do you brew?
- Drip coffee maker: Colombia or Brazil. Choose medium grind if you don't have a grinder.
- Pour-over: Colombia or Mexico Chiapas bring out the most flavor. See our pour-over brewer guide.

- Espresso: Brazil makes a rich, chocolatey shot. Choose espresso grind.
Used to grocery store or coffee chain coffee?
Start with Brazil if you usually drink dark roast, or Colombia if you usually drink medium roast or "breakfast blend." Either way, try your first cup black. Without the bitterness, you may not need as much cream and sugar as you think.
